MARVIN RIDGE'S ANNA PHIFER

The 2022 UCHSSoftball.com's Newcomer of the Year is Marvin Ridge’s Anna Phifer. In her first year on varsity, Anna was outstanding for the Mavs. Ms. Phifer finished her freshman year with an 12-2 record while striking out 85 batters and posted a 1.24 ERA. Threw a No-Hitter with 12 K’s vs. S. Meck in the Elite-8. Ms. Phifer was named 1st Team All-UCHSSOftball.com, All-SCC and All-State while helping the Mavericks to a Co-SCC Champs and to the Final-4 of the state playoffs. CONGRATULATIONS ANNA!!!

MARVIN RIDGE'S LINDA McGOWAN

The 2022 UCHSSoftball.com's Coach of the Year is Marvin Ridge’s Linda McGowan. Coach McGowan led the Mavericks to a 20-2 record, Co-Conference Title, SCC Tournament Title, and advanced to the Final-4 of the state 4A playoffs. Coach McGowan was named SCC Coach of the Year. CONGRATULATIONS COACH McGOWAN!!!
